SNOW DAYS....

I've been snowed in these past 2 days. School has been cancelled for 3 days in a row. The weather on Thursday was crazy. Snow that came Wednesday turned to inch thick ice on the road Thursday morning. Very treacherous....(I love that word)....Kids got 3 extra days of christmas holiday. too bad that they have to make it up in the summer. But what great sledding snow. Katey has been mostly at her mother's as her friends live in that neighborhood so I'm hanging out with Chance and busy making Christmas presents. Linda got into town yesterday and I was supposed to pick her up, but Bruce did it as I was a big chicken to drive. Instead I put on all my snow garb and walked to mom and dad's from my house for the afternoon. Jeff picked me up on his way home from work, so I had a nice visit. In the early afternoon, Linda and I took a walk down to the fruit market and (for those of you who remember) the little store down the street.......I wish you all a wonderful Christmas and a better new year....Love you all.....
