Hello. Well I don't know if anyone is really reading (including me) haha....I'm not doing a very good job on it. Well Mom, Dad, Oscar, Sugar and I went over to the cabin in Sandpoint Idaho on the 22nd, by way of the Spokane airport to pick up Erik, Hannah, Ashley and Paige. Erik the kids and I spent the majority of our time at the rocky beach (aka Talache) on our water floats, skipping rocks and having a great time. We found some swim fins at the little senior thrift store so the kids each had their own pair and we even got some for the adults (i.e. Erik). It was fun. The kids had a blast racing, etc. I was able to do my normal going to town and shopping before we left. Mom, Dad and I went into town one day and went to the cemetery, Dubs for lunch and drove around town a bit. This was actually the only trip into town for them. Each time we would ask they weren't interested. They enjoyed just being at the cabin. I am going to post some pictures of our trip. The kids and grandma had fun play Uno Attack. It was fun to watch Mom have fun and laugh. The kids were great with her. The kids went fishing and also turtle hunting at mirror lake. They actually caught one. I ended up seeing about 41 deer on the trip and we all saw a MOOSE (even mom and dad) on the way to the cabin Tuesday night. Pretty crazy.

oh, i love the cabin. the air there smells so yummy. and mirror lake is so beautiful. i'm jealous. glad you guys got to go and that g&g got out and about-good for them!
I hope I get to take a trip to the cabin someday! I just love the outdoors and I'm jealous you got to see a moose! I think they're one of my favorite animals. It was good to see you when we were in town too. Hopefully we'll get to see more of you next time!
